I’m excited to let you know that we have launched a new and improved national Job Corps website, as well as new websites for every center nationwide! These websites serve as an information hub for prospective students, their influencers and the public at large, and they were developed with users in mind.
The websites provide updated messaging about Job Corps and visuals that are consistent with our program’s brand. Website visitors will find an engaging experience with multiple avenues to reach out to us for more information or to start the application process.
I appreciate those of you who participated in the development of these websites, by either offering feedback or providing information. Thank you for making this moment possible.
The JobCorps.gov site now has many new helpful features, including:
Corey, a chat bot answering common questions about the program 24/7.
An interactive map, allowing users to find a Job Corps campus based on location, industry or a specific training area.
Every center website also features an updated virtual tour, so visitors can get a feel for what center life is like before they ever set foot on a real Job Corps campus.
These 360° virtual tours give students a first-person perspective of what it looks like to live, train and learn at a Job Corps campus.
There are also several pop-up “hot spots” within each virtual tour that provide additional information about the program, including links to center fliers, Job Corps’ Instagram account, Job Corps’ YouTube videos, campus life and career training area photo galleries, and a form to sign up to receive Job Corps’ e-mails and texts.
If you have any questions about these new websites, please contactjobcorpswebsites@mpf.comand a member of the website team will be in touch.
